Due to the multiple parties involved which include the factory as well as the warehouse, we cannot completely manage our stock. Stocks can be changed at any time. Please be aware that it is possible for your order to become unavailable even after you've placed your order.
Our policy lasts for 30 days. If you don't receive the product within the 30 days period, we're not able to provide the option of a refund or exchange.
In order for your item to be returned, it must be unopened and in the same condition as when you received it. The item should be in the original packaging.
